Learn To Stay Embodied While Connecting With Others.
This is a bi-weekly series that meets on zoom.
Next Session: November 13th @ 10am-12:00pm PST
Do you feel like you lose yourself when connecting with others?
You are not alone.
Many of us have learned to keep our guard up and play it safe in relationships—usually by abandoning ourselves and leaving our bodies to stay connected.
It’s a habit that often starts in childhood, when survival meant being what others needed you to be, not who you truly were.
But this habit of self-abandonment doesn’t have to define your relationships. There’s a way to be fully yourself and deeply connected.
In these somatic relating sessions, you’ll get a chance to practice staying present to your embodied experience and true to yourself when relating with others, in real time—even when it feels uncomfortable or unfamiliar.
This is your space to come exactly as you are, to be seen as you, and to stop hiding the parts of yourself that crave love the most.
Here's what you can expect to practice and gain:
- Bring more of yourself to your relationships and build confidence to show up authentically
- Break old patterns of self-abandonment and stay grounded, even in tough moments
- Connect with your body’s signals and use them to guide how you show up in your relationships
- Reveal your true self in a safe space, meeting shame, self-criticism and the fear of being "too much" or "not enough" and giving them space to transform
- Learn to set boundaries that feel empowering and respect your energy, without closing off to deeper connection and intimacy
- Communicate your needs, desires and vulnerabilities in a way that allows others to meet you better
- Build resilience and self-trust when navigating relationships, friendships, or dating
- Heal attachment wounds and relational patterns that keep you stuck in unfulfilling connections
This isn’t just another workshop. It’s a community—a place where you can finally exhale and be your most honest self.
No more shrinking, no more masks, no more feeling like connection is just out of reach.
Come as you are. Leave feeling more yourself than ever.
