AGREEMENTS

As a relational leader, I am committed to my growth and healing by leaning into discomfort as a practice to better understand myself and others.

I understand that the nature of this work may bring up triggers and unfamiliar sensations, and I am responsible for the choices that I make in how I show up.

This means owning my judgments, assumptions, and interpretations as my experience, and noticing any impulse to blame others for how I feel as an opportunity to inquire within and grow through encountering in myself what I am projecting onto them.

I understand that this is a space for deep trauma-processing, where we are welcomed to be witnessed in our most honest truths. This means we may sometimes impact or be impacted by others in ways that have been historically “uncomfortable.”

If I get triggered by someone’s process while Tammy is facilitating, I agree to first allow space after their process for them to receive supportive reflections.

If I get triggered by someone’s process while Zori is facilitating, I agree to look at it as a practice of owning my experience and my choice to reveal what I am experiencing or not, and be with any conflict that might arise between me and others in the group (including Zori and Tammy) as an opportunity to grow. 

I understand the intention for this container is to lean into discomfort with curiosity and welcome disagreements if they arise as a means to expand my capacity to be with the unknown in myself and in relationship with others.

ATTENDANCE

I understand that I will receive the most out of this container by being in the sessions live. I am committed to attend live to the best of my ability for my own growth and to support others in theirs.

I understand I have access to recorded videos until the next call for any sessions that I must miss.

PSYCHOTHERAPY DISCLAIMER

This program is not equivalent to psychotherapy and is not intended to replace treatment for health problems. Our sessions are not to be presented as a treatment for any specific psychological disorder and is not a form of health care or professional psychological services. If such services are recommended or necessary, a referral to a licensed psychotherapist or mental health professional will be provided.

If the above description of our space sounds potentially overwhelming or destabilizing for you, if you have mental illness or significant emotional challenges that you feel may be exacerbated by this type of transformational environment, or if you are not sure that you can be self-directed in taking care of your needs during the event, then we advise you not to enroll. 

CONFIDENTIALITY

I agree to not disclose anyone else’s process outside of this container. This means that I can share my own experience, but for the privacy of others, I will not speak about their experience anonymously or including their names.

I agree to keep the recordings only for myself and not share them with anyone else.

PAYMENT AND REFUNDS

I understand that my payment is a commitment to joining this program and that refunds will not be accepted.
